Joining Magnum in 1957 as the agencyās first female photographer, Arnold captured on film some of the most significant individuals and groups of the era, including legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor. After meeting on the set of āCleopatraā in the early 1960s, Taylor and Richard Burton began one of the most publicized and turbulent love affairs of all time.
